The viewing point is perfect for a break to take pictures and gives you the experience of being right on the waterfall

Videfossen waterfall has been an attraction for centuries past. This is perhaps not so strange, as nothing can compare to the thundering, azure waters here. The viewing point is perfect for a break to take pictures and gives you the experience of being right on the waterfall. The site is situated on the cliff overlooking Hjelledalen with a view over the valley and the Skålafjellet mountain which soars to 1,848 metres. There is a new free car park for the site.

Note that Videseter hotel charges for access to the hotel and for parking in the hotel's car parks.
